Camping rates include daily membership fee. Separate daily membership fee applies to additional families, couples, singles or students sharing same site, plus for more than two adults on a site, $5.00 per night per additional adult.
3 night minimum on summer holiday weekends. 2 night minimum
weekends mid-May to mid-September.
During special events, weekends and holidays, a minimum stay requirement may apply.
On stays of 2 or more nights, daily membership fee waived on departure day regardless of departure time (for example, arrive anytime Friday, depart anytime Sunday, pay only for Friday and Saturday). On one night stays, additional daily visit fee applies if remaining on grounds after check out time.
Late check out, subject to availability: any applicable daily membership fee applies, requires advance arrangement.
RV sites include water in season, electric and free cable TV, deposit for connection cable. Tent sites are without hook-ups.
Advance reservations recommended. Check in time 2:00 p.m., check out time 11:00 a.m.

Weekend plan: lot not occupied as primary residence; on grounds less than 14 days a month, except for up to 3 weeks vacation per year. $65.00 surcharge for months limits exceeded.
Residency plan: for three or more separate months in twelve month period, lot occupied as primary residence or on grounds more than 14 days during those months.
Monthly plan: for occupancy of selected transient lots, subject to availability and certain conditions.
Lots include free water in season and cable TV plus metered electric service billed monthly by WTR to the lotholder. Telephone service available from Verizon.
Campers are welcome to bring pets. Please note that pets must be kept under restraint and are not permitted in buildings or lodging units. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets and keep them from creating disturbances. Pets may not be brought by day visitors.

All lodging units include linen, cable TV, refrigerator, and microwave. Rooms include towels, coffee maker and free coffee. Rooms each have one bath, cabins do not have baths.

Lodging Reservations require confirmation by credit card at time made or a deposit equal to the first night rate, received within 7 days of date reservation made or reservation will be released. For reservations made less than 14 days in advance, confirmation by credit card is required at time of reservation. A charge equal to the first night rate applies to reservations canceled less than 5 days in advance. $25.00 charge for early check out prior to scheduled departure date.
