Reservations must be paid in full 30 or more days prior to arrival date or your reservation is subject to cancellation without notification. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking without exception.
Students and Young Adults are ages 18-25; Student rate requires valid student I.D.; military rate requires valid active duty military I.D.
Lodging rates include daily membership fee. Separate daily membership fee applies to additional families, couples, singles or students sharing same unit, plus for more than two adults in an unit, $10.00 per night per additional adult.
3 night minimum on summer holiday weekends. 2 night minimum stay weekends
from May 1 to mid-September.
During special events, weekends and holidays, a minimum stay requirement may apply;
rates may be higher for some special event weeknds.
On stays of 2 or more nights, daily membership fee waived on departure day regardless of departure time (for example, arrive anytime Friday, depart anytime Sunday, pay only for Friday and Saturday). On one night stays, additional daily membership fee applies if remaining on grounds after check out time.
Late check out, subject to availability: $25.00 plus any applicable daily membership fee, requires advance arrangement.
All lodging units include linen, cable TV, refrigerator, and microwave. Rooms include towels, coffee maker and free coffee. Rooms each have one bath, cabins do not have baths.
Advance reservations recommended. Check in time 2:00 p.m., check out time 11:00 a.m.
Lodging Reservations require confirmation by credit card at time made or a deposit equal to the first night rate, received within 7 days of date reservation made or reservation will be released. For reservations made less than 14 days in advance, confirmation by credit card is required at time of reservation. A charge equal to the first night rate applies to reservations canceled less than 5 days in advance. $25.00 charge for early check out prior to scheduled departure date.
