CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made 10 or more days before the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund less a $35.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be made during normal office hours in person or by phone. Cancellations will not be accepted by fax or e-mail.
