RV Lot Rates
(annual full membership required)
Effective June 17, 2010
| Weekend plan | $990.00 per 12 month period |
| Residency plan | $1765.00 per 12 month period |
| Monthly plan | $245.00 per month |
Weekend plan: lot not occupied as primary residence; on grounds less than 14 days a month, except for up to 3 weeks vacation per year. $70.00 per month surcharge for months exceeding the Weekend Plan occupancy limits.
Residency plan: for three or more separate months in twelve month period, lot occupied as primary residence or on grounds more than 14 days during those months.
Monthly plan: for occupancy of selected transient lots, subject to availability and certain conditions.
Lots include free water in season and cable TV plus metered electric service billed monthly by WTR to the lot holder. Telephone service available from Verizon.
Persons visiting or staying overnight with a member must pay applicable daily membership and overnight fees.
PETS
Campers are welcome to bring pets. Please note that pets must be kept under
restraint and are not permitted in buildings or lodging units. Owners are
expected to clean up after their pets and keep them from creating disturbances.
Pets may not be brought by day visitors.

NO REFUNDS! All fees may be paid by cash (U.S. currency only) or by check, money order or traveler's check, payable in U.S. dollars, or with a VISA card, MasterCard, Discover Card, Debit Card, or ATM card. $25.00 fee for returned checks.
