Park Models* $100.00+ grounds fee.

On stays of 2 or more nights, daily membership fee waived on departure day regardless of departure time (for example, arrive anytime Friday, depart anytime Sunday, pay only for Friday and Saturday). On one-night, stays additional daily membership fee applies if remaining on grounds after check-out time.

*Park Model RV: Sleeps 6 (maximum 4 Adults). 2-night minimum weekdays and weekends; 3-night minimum on summer holiday weekends, Beachfest and for some special event weekends.

Lodging rates include daily membership fee. Separate daily membership fee applies to additional families, couples or singles sharing same unit, plus for more than two adults in a unit, $10.00 per night per additional adult. (Children N/C)

Park models 8-13 have living room, with sofa, and dining table, two bedrooms with queen bed. Full bathroom, full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, saucers, glasses and utensils.
Park models 6 and 7 have living room, with queen pull out sofa, and bedroom with queen bed. There is also a bunk room with a bunk bed with upper and lower berth. Full bathroom, full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, saucers, glasses and utensils.

Late check out up to 5:00 p.m. available by advance arrangement subject to availability; $25.00 fee plus any applicable daily membership fees apply.

After hours arrival by advance arrangement only.

Deposit Policy*

All reservations are charged a deposit equal to the first night’s charge, including daily membership fee.

Cancellation Policy*

Cancellations must be made 5 days or more before the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a deposit refund less a $35.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 5 days from the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be made during normal office hours in person or by phone. Cancellations will NOT be accepted by Fax or E-mail.
